Stessa may work, but when I had it I couldn't make journal entries and that bugged me.Wave is a free software that can be clunky but works as a decent General Ledger software, if you dont have a lot going on it can be real easy to use.I have used QuickBooks Desktop and Online for clients in Real Estate and both work pretty good, it really depends on how many companies you will make.If you are expanding and plan to have hundreds, Yardi is a software that can be more specifically for Real Estate.

For example,  if they receive SNAP (food stamp) benefit or even a free cell phone service,   that counts as income as well, but I believe that non-housing subsidies don't have to be counted 100% toward rent.

First, The Real Deal, "scum online magazine" pretending to be a real estate outlet, The Huffington Post, always been a garbage dump, numerous The South Florida Business Journals who never asked for my side, endless fake news outlets,  even some lenders tried to get in on the action like, Balanced Bridge Funding and Western Capital.
