I dont personally dont need any rental income.. have really never had it. and we do just fine.. the 350 homes I owned I never took a dime out of those..

West coast investors are a dime a dozen and most never buy anything, which is something all of us on the ground know well. 

My primary residence is funded by a VA loan that I didn’t put a dime down for.I’m kinda close to you: PM me if you’d like to talk specifics.

The homeless, renters and the poor get help on the taxpayers dime but if the working person loses their job and can't make their mortgage they are on the street & nobody helps them. 

The feeling of not owing a dime to anyone is priceless to me.

My first job out of college had a match but I didn't see a dime of it because I left after a year.For my goals, I contribute to a 401k so that if my real estate investing fails miserably, my retirement fund doesn't disappear with that.

So, tenants can now legally squat and not pay a dime until at least August 20th, at which point they would only owe the back rent (sans penalties) less their security deposit. 

@Chad GriffinFor some people a quick nickel is better than a slow dime.

I wanted to hand off to a property manager but I’m afraid of being nickeled and dimed with all the maintenance.
