I am in the process of enrolling in my salesperson course and have begun talking with brokerages in my local area to find out which one would be a good fir for what i'm looking for.

Fortunately being able to raise and organize the money is the great equalizer and these people just end up wasting everyone's time trying to do nonsense like this.  

I have set some goal (milestones AND times)  I have begun writing a Business Plan (Anyone who can help or steer me in the right direction, I know time is a precious resource but I would appreciate the guidance).
