Since you have to disclose to the world you have a license.

I am doing a lot of research and educating myself on the real estate world.

I grew up in the investing world because of my dad.

If purchasing under your personal name makes financing easier, it's not the end of the world to purchase outside of a business entity.

I can use a contractor for years and then all of a sudden he's off in another world and he has some different people that cause him to have issues... so you never really know.

It's an incredible city, witch will always by one of the most attractive and unique destinations in the World.

It looks like you've traded in for the part of the world we hope to be in full time someday.
