You can use FurnishedFinder for some surface-level data, but there really isn't a great resource out there yet to provide deep dives into MTR trends. 

Get ones that have burners that are easily replaced (ie not smooth surface).

On the surface the deal seemed pretty good and it's great that they can refi with the property in an LLC.

There are other factors I'm sure but on the surface, seems like the smart play.  

Oh, on paying Google, 179 bucks is just beginning to scratch the surface.

In something like that that appears easy on the surface, theres the fasteners, faucets, different flooring types need different preparation like mortar board for ceramic as opposed to 1/8 board for vinyl.

I'd like to continue doing business as I have been.But I am just trying to consider both sides and am sort of arguing their side to play devil's advocate and try to work out in my own mind what is the right or prudent way to proceed.Alot of you guys make some valid points that on the surface seem easily justifiable.
