First dive in to real estate and lived in the home while repairing and increasing the value.

Should I just dive in?

I'm at a career crossroad right now where I can apply for an 8-5, M-F good job, or continue my self-employment while diving head first into REI.

It's more common on agricultural property....but can happen anywhere that property was sold using a deed description before 1972.Tax plat, really these mean nothing more than how the County is diving up the property for taxes.

If it smells like a deal, keep digging deeper.
