Hey everyone. I'm new to BP, just recently deciding to take the dive into REI. I'm an Electrical Engineer, working and living in ATL, but I spend alot of time in AL. Very, very motivated about this new phase of life and discovery I feel that I've come into with REI. To begin I'll be looking to use Wholesaling as my main exit strategy to build some capital and hopefully venture off from there. If I can use that to build a solid base and pay off all of my debt (~$100k) I know I'll be heading in the right direction. I've always been a doer and not a sayer and this seems like the arena where doers really stand out and get their due. Looking forward to networking with, meeting, working, and learning from everyone here. Any tips / pieces of wisdom and advice you guys want to impart on me would be very much appreciated. I'm looking forward to stumbling and falling on my face so don't make it too easy for me 🤣 Cheers to the journey. Thanks!
