We have 2 property managers that are a part of MAREIHome Rental Services and Royal Gate Management.I can speak from the Tenant's perspective that Home Rental Services do take care of the tenant to a point, if we were not in the business, we would not have had issues, but their service people were not quite as good as the contractors we used on our own houses.
