I am totally new to the realm of RE investing. My plan is to purchase 2 to 3 fix and flips, take the capital earned and begin building a rental portfolio in the greater Dallas, TX area. I've been on the BiggerPockets site for a several weeks now trying to gain all the knowledge I possibly can. So, I'm thinking I need deals first, obviously, and that requires marketing. I'd like to start there. What is the best marketing strategy for those of us with low budgets for it?

Welcome to BP. Amazing place if you actually implement the information.

My favorite is driving for dollars, and hand writing the letters or just printing them out. Cost is gas and stamps.
