The only thing I have are my contracts and trying to recuperate the log ins from my bank accounts in Europe to find the statements from when I received direct deposit.

Hopefully she leaves with minimal damages and the deposit can be used to cover some of the lost rent.

Hi All,What's the correct way to register incoming rent deposits via Zelle to Income in QB.

I am inquiring if anyone has a streamline system that helps them collect a deposit and first months rent electronically instead of the old school cashiers check ect..

Now the old PM has almost $5,000 in rent and deposits and will not respond. 

The appraised value is lower than what the lender expected, so the lender lower the loan amount from 80% (which is on the purchase agreement) to 70%.So my question is if I cancel the deal, would I get my deposit back because I can’t get 80% of the loan?

Other option is to "trust" and wait, which would mean that I am taking a risk and would have to tap into security deposit if things go ugly. 2.

It's a very fair point that if future tenants ruin the blinds I could replace using their security deposit.
