Churches and cemeteries are great neighbors, rarely used, quiet, well kept, a few busy days on holidays are better than a neighbor with 4 rug rats any day!

One thing to note, however, is once you click that you want to invest, you usually have days to a few weeks to change your mind, giving you time to make your DD.Along with the lack of due diligence by CF investors, recent/potential changes coming to the CF space are disconcerting to me. 

Suggest you dazzle her in your simplicity and impress her with lots of white space on your proposal. 

A small company is renting a space for about $30,000/month.

We recently got an 10 unit multifamily with a commercial space under contract in York, PA.

This will be a great resource once they get their sytems down etc.Also look for the bigger crowd funding portals to enter the space at least on a product that might be a little shorter term.

The tenant came to us after seeing the space (and a sign in the window) and she wanted a build to suit salon put in.

@Matthew SpiegelMan, your sidewalks look pretty rugged -- I could be wrong, but from the pics it looks like the pieces are all sloping different directions.  

She will be moving in next week :) I hadn't thought about it Colleen, but looking back as the oldest of 5 whose first house was a block from my siblings' schools, we probably need to talk to the kids about respecting this home as their sister's space and what that looks like.  

This also helps in neutralizing certain problem areas such as small bedroom, awkward spaces, etc..
