Dear fellow investors-I am putting together an epic marketing plan to distribute letters to a couple lists.My question is in your years of experience, is sending a campaign by depth (An initial letter followed up by a series of 4 more letters) or width (a mass amount of letters sent once) more successful in converting leads into deals?

Look into FHA financing which is 3.5% down, or Mass housing (5% down). the conventional financing may take a while to get to since if your house is going for 500k, you would need a 100k down payment Feel free to reach out!

I REALLY feel sorry for these guys because they HAVE to conform to the Hotel laws, including sprinklers and egress, plans for evacuation, etc.HOWEVER, these hosts circumvent the building code by re-classifying what is a defacto Transient Occupancy business such as a Hotel as if it is a long term residence.This is dangerous not only to the Guests because they wouldn't know that the apts do not have a mass evacuation plan, etc. but to the neighbors who paid money, sometimes millions, for their luxury condos only to find out they are living next to a hotel in the next apt!

@Adam Pervez - Normally, from my experience, the earnest money deposit ranges from 3-5% however that is in Mass.
