Thought i would introduce myself, i came this website while looking for more information investing. I kind of started at once, i work full time outside real estate, decided to get my real estate license here in mass, and the same time my wife and I started looking for our first house and my instructor became my agent. I passed the test and now have my license and now my agent has become my mentor as im joining the same firm as her. Were about to close on our first house which is only a single family but i plan on investing asap in apartment buildings, so ive come to this site to learn as much as i can before i start and try to make connections as i go.
