My point was directly related to the vein of the thread's comments about gurus charging exorbitant money for course fees and preying on people who think they'll get instantly rich if they take that course.

The primary reason for using them (besides cost) is once they get damaged I can easily run to the store and buy another cabinet and I have instant parts.

From what I've inquired buy & holds are the best way for wealth creation (and far less work than wholesaling) the returns aren't instant but the long run is what does it.
