It takes a little getting used to, but it allows me to created automated tasks called pipelines for all sorts of processes like steps in closings, rehabs, and seller contacts.

Such as:- Craigslist- Bandit Signs- Military National Guard/Reserve Centers- Automated Housing Referral Network (AHRN.com)- Etc.In Virginia Beach, bandit signs were very effective (believe it or not) for me.
