In regards to the other problems I said we're all adults and should be considerate of each other.

I personally do not as an Adult, though I was raised as a Catholic. 

We each have to make that decision for ourselves as adults. 

But, remember, they are going to be capable adults who could do what you have done or are doing.  

I limit to two unrelated adults for even three or four bedroom houses.

As we get more questions about service dogs vs emotional support animals, it strikes me that if the adult who is viewing the house had a true service dog, that do should be with them when they were viewing the house, right?

I wouldn’t over-complicate a roommate situation and typically if they are normal human beings, they will be ok sharing responsibilities for shared items like cleaning products, toilet paper, etc and you can split those costs like adults.
