Should I rent my rental unit to two couples?

I’m interviewing potential tenants for a 1300 sq/ft, 3/2 SF. I was approached by a married couple, their daughter, the wife’s best friend and her boyfriend and theyd lIke to rent the place together. Besides having every adult fill out and pass my SmartMove application and being added to a lease, are there any other considerations or negatives/positIves to think about? Thanks
