I've looked into and applied with Realty Shares as they offer 85% LTV @ 9% for 6-12/mo.  

I was on realty shares looking for funding and saw that it loans are as low as 9%.

I have a well respected realty lawyer on call as well.

A more in-depth alternative, which I have found a lot of success in using, is Realty Trac.

Birdy and Larsen are expensive (compared to my PM company in Houston) but there are a few others you may want to contact: Pyramis, Boardwalk (seemed like best price), Ultimate Realty/Ready Rentals.I ended up not getting the 2 homes at auction, but will be investing there soon.

Brady Boyer I would decide to Rent the Room on a monthly basis considering the fact that you get a short notice travel from your job, the issue of cleaning And all of that will be handled by the tenants and you will get your monthly payment directly to your account where ever you are.As a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Liberty in New York I come across tenants.Most of the time I handle any other issues to ease the stress off the Landlord or property owner that I may be working with.Feel free to reach out to me if needed.

Other good options are Virtual Properties, and EXP Realty.
