In researching California law, I can only find laws pertaining to home or workplace use of video cameras where it says it is illegal when someone has a "reasonable expectation of privacy" such as in a bathroom.  

Get all the information you are able to get on an application, DL, work place etc. grade your tenants and decide who you want to keep, on a lease, and who you can do without and try to get this going. 

I also, sent an email to her case worker and the caseworkers supervisor.

Should we really be worried that these work place changes are going to trickle down to the real estate market?

I've liked the idea of industrial since seeing my wife's old workplace in Denver a few years ago. 

I would have assistance from my supervisor on the walkthrough to learn the business, I just need some help when being in front of an investor on what to say or how to even find them for that matter.
