From An Estimators Point Of View
As an newbie estimator for a contracting company, what should I say to convince a real estate investor to give me a chance to do a walk through on a newly acquired property they need to renovate?
I would have assistance from my supervisor on the walkthrough to learn the business, I just need some help when being in front of an investor on what to say or how to even find them for that matter. Any help would be appreciated.
