Hi guys, I am new to the whole real estate investing and I am wondering what kind of short term rentals should in Spring, Conroe, and the Woodlands area in Texas?

Areas like Spring, Sugarland, Katy, Memorial City, Pearland, the Woodlands, Jersey City are some examples.

I live on the North side (Spring, TX and The Woodlands) and would recommend researching the quality of schools in the areas you are considering.

There is a student housing condo location called, The Woodlands of Knoxville, and there are always units for sale.

I am set to close on my first property (duplex) in Woodland Hills very soon and am very excited!

We are located in The Woodlands area but we can work in any Houston MLS area.
