Hi guys, I am new to the whole real estate investing and I am wondering what kind of short term rentals should in Spring, Conroe, and the Woodlands area in Texas? I tried to find a cash flow property in these locations, since I live in Spring, but cash flow is not great. Would you veterans please give me some pointers on how to approach investing in these areas? Thank you.

Hieu,

Short term rentals are like operating your own motel but with distances in between them.  It's a lot of work but if you have hired out cleaning and making sure it's tip top shape for next short term renters, you should be okay.  I'm into 14-18 months rents so just offering my 2 cents on your question.
