You'll need to figure out how to wire it (it's not that tricky, a lot of devices have a 12v power supply) or pick a different model that can plug into a wall but has similar specs. 

But if you can find something that you believe you can make a go of - then there you go.As far as making this your business model primarily Seems like you're going to have to do a lot of sifting Over a lot of time looking for things that you think you can make a go of based on your experience level. 

Once you get your systems down, you have a real estate business model that you can take to any market and be still be successful.

But high upfront commissions in relation to insurance payments is not helping the insured.A high upfront commission by a real estate agent is not helping the house seller or buyer.A high upfront commission by mortgage broker is not helping the mortagee.A high upfront commission by the car dealer is not helping the car buyer.Each product has different remuneration model.

I’m wondering if anyone here has had success with this model and could share some strategies that worked for them?

Maybe I'm actually in the right model right now.
