I was doing some research tonight and it seems that the bail bond lien won't survive the tax sale, since is a junior lien and plus it's been more than 10 years.

Do this 5-6 times and start building capital on the side.Find a place to do a TIC arrangement or a syndication deal where you line up financing for a deal that is a great multifamily project and you put all the moving parts together to make the deal work.That's all I've got for tonight, but I truly wish you the best.
