I liked interacting with people so I decided on being a mortgage broker/lender/loan officer.Pros:- unlimited income- lots of people interaction- learn a lot about real estate investing (appraisals, value, rehabs effect on value, investment properties, etc)- potential for really high income (top LO's make 250k +) so you can reinvest in more deals and fund your projectsCons:- no salary/commission only- highly challenging and constantly evolving lending guidelines products, client psych profiles, and more (could be a pro too)- you're sometimes a therapist to the emotional whims of your clients- high stressUsually engineers do very well as real estate agents too.

Any therapist can provide a letter with the name of a condition and the recommendation for the support animal.  

The house is in some stage of foreclosure process, and i know there's at least one lien for $10K on it for the chain-link fence that was put up around it by the city, and I know that the previous owner has taken some equity out of it before he split to Mexico.From some research, it was one of about 7-10 houses this one "therapist" purchased in LA and Long Beach area over the years - i found at least 5 that have gone into and have already sold through foreclosure auctions - and the houses were used for both drug and mental illness rehab, as well as advertised themselves as AIDS friendlyAre there some red-flags in pursuing such a property?

She has an ESA letter from her therapist.

One of my clients has been a travelling respiratory therapist since covid began and house hacks in every market he transfers too - brilliant! 

Now I am an independent contractor working from home part-time and as a Licensed Massage Therapist part time.

I have a therapist but I don't dare talk about the problems of being affluent - because nobody sympathizes.I'm writing this post as a form of release of tension - but also to warn you that someday you may get the success you crave - but there are real downsides.In a nutshell the problems are:1 - Guilt - that you don't deserve what you have.2 - Fear - that you will lose what you have.

I don't like the way money makes me feel if thar makes any sense, or dollarsI feel like if i sat down with a therapist i would depress the therapist lol.  

As a therapist I have worked with several families from India who have shared those similar cultural beliefs and they have had conflicts with their kids who have grown up in the US.I have a strong belief in education and I absolutely support it.
