Some products they have territory and strict pricing policy, but some dealers still able to work out something out creatively.

, I am an avid real estate investor (currently have 2 SFRs in the Charlotte area) and am looking to expand in the Pittsburgh area (while keeping a presence here in the Charlotte area). 

Under Massachusetts law, it is illegal to discriminate against someone because the presence of children might trigger a property owner's duties under the lead paint laws or because someone receives a housing subsidy, such as a Section 8 voucher, to pay for some or all of their rent.

They are not complaining at this point about having to make a mortgage payment and pay rent to me, so perhaps I am more uncomfortable than they are, but how do other landlords deal with this risk, or does it just come with the territory?

Rents:  Rents have steadily increased and that has put some of my earlier purchases, which were at the worst point of the Great Recession, in the 2% rule territory.  

It does not seemed to be managed well, property is a mess and has no online presence among other things.
