Hi @Kurush Italia, I don't have that information by zip code, but I can tell you that Avg days on market in October for Ada County were 40.

In my mind, the "goodwill" factor (not by the financial 'goodwill' definition) is an intangible asset that a DA couldn't touch.

There are no stairs/ramps/single story so I don't think there are any ADA compliance issues.It is just over 8k sq. ft.

Things like grab bars and ramps you are required to let them do according to the ADA which says you have to allow them to make reasonable modifications.

I have been told by a few people the property taxes are less than in Ada county and therefor it's better to buy in Ada county.

With the adjoining Building it would make 10 units so cost of ADA compliance would be very little per unit and higher rents would result with ADA compliance.
