There a hundreds of vacant homes and rents are at all time low.I have offered seller financing, made attempts to swap my house for a house, land or even an RV in the US but no luck.

You can swap out as much as you like.

There is some advantage to having flooring that can easily be swapped out (tile can be tricky, depending on the type).

It is sort of like swapping out electrical outlets.

If you have experience working on electrical equipment you could swap the wires on the breaker in question with those on a breaker that is known to be good.

It’s never convenient to swap them out, I run over and have Paula my locksmith re-key the lock and then re-install it.
