Most plumbers have camera systems that can go 100's of feet usually and it is pretty easy.

"Getting in" is easy; making money, managing the business, with the increased financial risk of commercial properties is a whole different game.

I would recommend calling the city building dept, they are easy to get in touch with and a lot more helpful than other municipalities in the area.

Come tax time it becomes fairly easy to run separate reports for each entity or each property for schedule E.

Since you are not doing super high end finishes as mentioned, doing high end flooring and all other stuff just above builder grade does not warrant tile or full wood flooring.
