We do get people coming through for ETSU and Milligan graduations, temporary stays for the VA, and some tourism in the summer and fall but you're not going to stay heavily booked. 

Or I could just buy 2 brrrs/ or dscrs and stay here. 

Can I personally take that extra finance money tax free into my own name or personal bank account to do with what I please, or does the refinance money have to stay in that Llc company and I cant use it personally.

That said, we have traveled a lot and stayed in wonderful Airbnbs over the years and have always dreamed of creating an incredible experience for someone visiting Minnesota with a short-term rental as well, so we are definitely open to that idea and have some great experience as to what we know would provide an exceptional short-term rental experience. 

I saw dealmachine looks cool but the reviews from others here on BP have not been positive so I have stayed away for time being.

If you don't have the relationships, hire someone who does.This is why Brian Burke can go “large corporate” while I have to stay “small private”; he has the ability to MANAGE PEOPLE that I do not.  

Still, we've re-opened our VRBO listing and have just started a listing with Mini Stays to see how they perform. 

It’s worth looking into now to get ahead of it, but also depends on your comfort level and goals.
