What sites/software does anyone recomentd to collect rent, anyone have like a template of an excell sheet I can use to get organized?

I suspect the organizer is a Mexican RE agent that is looking to find some buyers. 

However, I do think if you can hold out for 1-3 years you might see rates drop a bit and insurance drop a bit, and I feel pretty confident we'll start seeing 3%+ organic rent growth per year in the next 2-4 years again.

Honestly investor friendly anything is like the RE version of "organic" [insert food product]. 

Keep things as organized as possible too, so you don't miss anything and that will help create a system for future deals, making it easier each time.
