That email also had a note for me to add in whatever fee I charge to bring my buyer.Next time you find a property you are interested in and this happens, spin the situation back on them and send an email blast out to all of the wholesalers who's lists you are a part of asking for who can get you the best deal on this property and see who comes in lowest.

If no lease is drawn for the friend to "live" with the owner like the tenant above than this seems to be a home that is cohabited with the friend helping out with the mortgage.Now I am by no means trying to spin the situation, but based on you saying that you have had investors get nailed for not disclosing rental income where they living in the home as well?
