I doubt this post goes anywhere but for those of you that are more senior investors and willing to help out newer, younger investors it's an absolute treat to see and experience.In today's society, finding an atmosphere that is fun, inviting, willing to help each other out and grow toward a common goal feels like an insane abnormality.

So, while any are dealing in real property, they don't even understand what they are dealing in at the most basic level, or why laws and society set different expectations for transactions dealing in real or personal property. 

Ironically, the next day the same radio station was having a discussion about how letigious our society has grown over that past 30 year and how that stifles our ability to take initiative and be productive.Maybe we should compile a list of things that tenants children are not allowed to do.

In this litigious society you can never be too careful.

Jassem:Though its a sad portrait to paint of society, bad areas are many times even less safe for a woman, especially if she is the landlady.

We have a 1924 "Sears" (knockoff) home outside of Seattle and the historicl society mandates that changes to the external features must mimic original styles as close as possible.  

I don't care for ignorance and greed governing the pursuit of commerce in things that are required in society, food, shelter, medical care, education, etc., no this isn't a political statement but more to social requirements.

Many family members view parks the way society does, as the unwanted child and don't want them when but because they are not pretty.

You are doing great work for people, but it so undervalued and underpaid in our society that it can get frustrating.

A crash is just a natural occurrence of a capitalist society.
