Although I would love to try house hacking, it’s just not doable for us at this time.We are also very interested in commercial investments and possibly boat and rv storage down the road, but the focus now is just getting going.With that being said, I’m not sure we have the ability right now to take complete charge over an entire rehab project.

It's certainly doable, but also a bit harder.- Seller Financing: It's an awesome way to create monthly cash flow and add financial stability to your operation, but once you decide to get into this realm, you'll have to learn quite a bit about documentation, how the laws work in your state when (not if) people stop paying, how to manage loans and collect payments (among other things).

It’s doable but there is lots of competition with other condo owners and some buildings (flagship, Atlantic palace) directly marketing units to the public. plus gotta check the hoa rules.I currently do airbnb but most of my stuff is still yearly rentals here.

It's all because the property has to be inspected along the way before each draw is given to the contractor, the contractor has to be vetted by the lender and also be a willing to work with oversight but it's all very doable and they have it down to a pretty good system now.
