There are facebook groups out there to help you get started just search investing akron,canton, cleveland and you will find a group of people that do exactly this.

In a slow market homes sit and rot, they are on the MLS forever and the longer it sits, the lower the price goes to find the sweet spot for just the perfect buyer.

I found it but reverse engine my own search.

One thing I often see lacking from the search criteria is client experience.

We own and manage two and one is particularly difficult during the shoulder (slow) seasons.

Or STR the highest season for the most income and then MTR the slow months. 2.

You can search for "Orlando investors group," etc., and you should find some local investors with whom you can connect and learn their investment strategies. 

You can also find real estate investing groups through meetup.com, Facebook, or a Google search.

I havent relocated for opportunities but have some experience with Mid-term rentals - For MTR I would find major hospitals and then search the houses around them, if they are priced really high / numbers wouldnt work, eliminate that market.

I would check on this website on the find an agent feature or search Zillow for teams/agents in your area doing 25 or more deals a year.
