I think you will like it.it could be regional we have run into quite a few title issues down in Charleston working in the old areas of town.. and its the usual did not probate shirt tail relatives etc..

In many areas, you will lose your shirt paying 100k for a house, and others you might be ok.ARV is hard to know in Savannah since taking comps even from a few streets over can be a folly.
