Thinking STR may be good given proximity to Red Rocks, although not sure of STR laws per above?

My current agent advised me not to "rock the boat" with the policies I currently have because they are all older and would "go up significantly" if I changed anything.

Because I, a real estate Broker, can call that bank, say were in listing contract, put this on hold for ____ days and I will have it live on MLS and get it sold and gone to cover things, and guess what the bank does, they work with me because I am legit and with a rock-star track record of getting s#it done. 

There was case relatively recently where one took it to the extreme with a watch purchase, and put their company name on the band - deduction was denied. 

I'd suggest networking with some of the rock star agents like @Eudith Vacio or @John Warren above to help you narrow down your search criteria. 

If you ever make your way down towards Rock or Dane County, I would love to meet for lunch or coffee.

How much concrete, asphalt or rock parking is around the facility? 

Of course, everyone will expect rock-bottom prices from you and immediate gratification!
