Hello everyone,I’m a Canadian looking to buy a short term rental vacation home in the Kissimmee area.Currently we own a long term rental home in Winter Garden which we bought some time ago, and will be paid off completely in Feb 2029.  

Those sounds like great rentals and vacancy rates have been decent - our management team only has a handful of vacanies out of the 300+ we oversee, thankful for that.

I own a handful or rentals across STR, MTR, and LTR.

The rental income at purchase was $8400/mo. 

Congrats @Emily Pena - I'm also an agent (working mostly with investors), property manager and an investor myself (currently owning 26 rental units). 

An applicant applied for our rental and the company the applicant works for is paying for the rent.

With that bank taking on the loans of all of our rental properties we decided that we were comfortable switching to that bank. 

My partner and I are looking to get our next rental (currently have one in a more local market that has a property manager).
