If your chosen agent isn’t complying with your request I would definitely regroup and find an alternative.

I'd echo the sentiments to use BP resources and connect with local RE groups.  

If you struggle with this, you may want to regroup and check your processes before you push forward.

Kevin, It is not that I dont like selling yellow letter mail, its just that I would rather someone spend less in the beginning, figure out that to expect, modify what is needed, regroup and send out a touch more...

Usually the next two weeks were regroup rethink weeks.

I will check into BP meetups and RE Groups, that's a great place to start.

:cry: How about trying to find someone to trade your home for some investment property with cash flow ( hood property) and take what ever job u can for know to level your downward spiral and regroup and make a long term plan and do whatever it takes.The trade deal may be a long shot - but thought I'd throw it out.Mark
