Having a birds eye view I can say with certainty that sellers are ready to sell

Typically by now the telephone calls are way down. Not so far. In fact a huge increase in mortgage late calls which is rather odd.

Absentee and inherited calls are showing no decline as well.

Usually the next two weeks were regroup rethink weeks. It is appearing as though rest is not justified this year.

I've always bought more houses in January than any other month.

I need a napkin because I'm drooling.
