What prompted me to start this question is a local investor here in Indianapolis, IN sold some houses to an out of state group of investors, they were brought to town by a GURU and the deals pale by comparison to what I have to offer.So, instead of re-creating the wheel, I thought that if someone here in Bigger Pockets, the most "vetted" investor web site available, had a good experience, then it could be a good fit.
