Most HOAs in our area, mostly in a recreational area, limit sinage but allow real estate signs or FSBOs.

What prompted me to start this question is a local investor here in Indianapolis, IN sold some houses to an out of state group of investors, they were brought to town by a GURU and the deals pale by comparison to what I have to offer.So, instead of re-creating the wheel, I thought that if someone here in Bigger Pockets, the most "vetted" investor web site available, had a good experience, then it could be a good fit.

I just can't get enough of what they have to offer, as in recreational activities, or something just to look at.

That business has expanded into two and has included, design, manufacturing, brick and mortar retail, ecommerce retail, outdoor recreational facilty.

Even a deal file might have 1098 implications at the end of the year... and now when you recreate your new buyer- you use the same account naming.

I'm sure it varies by area, but in my area, those parcels are sold as "recreation land".
