By the time you have 10 properties they should start getting paid off completely or Sold/Exchanged by "culling that herd" with a Lifetime Projection for each.In our expensive market it would be very hard to qualify for 10 conventional loans unless Appreciation soars and you're adding HUGE value with improvements.
