Not to mention, there’s a psychological shift you have to manage when you have more to lose!

If my seller takes contract to an attorney to review attorney will say yeah its a standard TX purchase agreement.With regard to having seller write something on a legal pad...I actually just got done reading a book called the psychology of influence that describes why this works.

I am in the process of completing an undergraduate degree with a major concentration in Psychology and a double minor in Management and Economics.I am pursuing a career as a real estate agent following my graduation in 2020.

There is almost no amount of money that I would trade for my time in college and the 25 years of friendships afterwards with my college friends.And I did learn a lot too...language, math, reading, writing, speech, economics, marketing, accounting, psychology, business law, communication, etc...education that I use every day and continue to build on.There are plenty of affordable colleges where you can learn this stuff efficiently. 

Not to go all psychology on you, but I have questions.

If it's a psychological burden for you and/or you can use the money that was going toward your monthly payment to grow your net worth, then go for it.

It's kind of a funny psychological effect.... we pitch different investors on an opportunity and get a bunch of "no's".
