The Fed has everything to do with driving this "upturn" with stuffing the marketplace so full of hot money that the institutions have no choice but to dispose of it as fast as possible -- which then messes up our signals because it looks like permanent prosperity is here.

@Brian Lauchner Prosperity Bank (based out of Corpus Christi as I recall) seems to do a lot of non-traditional type loans. 

We can't keep borrowing our way to prosperity...........funny how that seems so obvious, but our government and MegaCorp keep insisting it'll all work out, trust them.

If you think that you can, and act on that belief chances are you will accomplish your goal.So the message is simply this, when it comes to your real estate business, make sure that as a real estate investor and entrepreneur you develop a superior mindset that will enable your business to prosper and grow exponentially.
