If someone finds a true lender (and not a broker/pretender lender) who can consistently fund their deals  based on 100% of contract purchase price, my hat is off to both to the both of them. 

I would suggest that you pretend that you are the type of lead you are targeting and work backwards.

Once those individuals were identified, and responsibilities were assigned, I "pretended" to be out of the office.

All my tenants are tech saavy in that way and like this as well.Also, I am not sure if you can forever pretend to be the property manager and not the owner.
