There's no need to put extra effort into cutting short an ad that's already scheduled to run for a week, for example -- let it go and redirect those callers to a similar property.

Also, if you have multiple properties do you standardize on the types of paint, appliances, etc. that you (or your contractor) purchase for your properties.For some context I currently own properties (buy and hold) in blue caller and lower income area's that are renting in the $600 to $800 per month range.Thanks for your insight!
