We never sent one post card unless or letter. someone in foreclosure during the course of it will receive somewhere north of 100 post cards and letters with the same canned pitch that every guru teaches..

Driving for dollars is the cheapest way to start, but you still need to have a few bucks to pay for the app, skip trace it and maybe send a few targeted postcards, if you don’t have the money for PropStream it makes me wonder….

Lastly, as wholesalers we send thousands of postcards, text messages, RVM, we also have a call center cold calling hundreds of sellers daily, our “cash offer” is not always the best option for a seller, so depending of the needs of the seller, if we are not able to reach a deal we put them in touch with one of our agent partner for a “retail” listing.
