It is not likely a "handyman" would be able to do so, and it is not unreasonable to want this done if you are the homeowner suffering the loss.

It also suffers from being lopsided (a rehab budget much higher than purchase price) which may or may not affect your terms especially if you don't have a lot of experience with a large rehab.
