Personal money How did you add value to the deal?

I have sold some properties years ago on lease options where the tenant buyers actually exercise their right and purchased the property. ( I was in the deed.)The reason I am concerned to tie another person’s property up  with the lease option is that people can change their mind, as in the seller.  

I personally have a separate account for each property I own.

@Laurens Van swol a few banks that we've worked with in the past allow you to close in your personal name.

She is not in a position to lend a personal loan to me. 

How much can you get on a personal loan?

I inherited a partnership in a 22 unit commercial building with 8 restaurants, a grocery store, a couple of personal care services, and various other businesses.

I try not to let it get personal...there are some members that have been 'inappropriate' in the past, but I will still give them a vote if their post actually deserves it
