Right now, I don’t have a lot of cash, but I am looking to get financing on multis, single, or raw land zoned for r2 and above near the theme parks, winter garden, Davenport, Kissimmee, no more than 160-180k I also am looking for referrals to property managers for when I do acquire more, as well as legit handy men/ contractors.

But if he wants he can speak to this..I just look at some of the most successful folks I know and they have a lot of real estate paid for.. bottom line. my self personally I have paid off or sold all my long term contingent liabilities including my residences although I still have a little to go on my Oregon home but I have no more than 20% LTV on it..

Those who do, are usually no more than 60% LTV and higher interest.Lastly, you cannot self-manage 401k property.

Then the Assignment of Sale Contract is delivered to the title company together with the Purchase Contract.I am not sure what Purchase Contract you use, but keep it simple, no more than 2 pages.
